Here is the latest from Mr.Dan Merrick, renowned inventor,
and discoverer of Merrick's gas, reiterating the fuel
cracking process and necessary procedures for
"After the reformer cracks the fuel it goes through an electromagnetic field,
12volt.Then, HHHN aka MERRICK GAS is added on the entry into the intake,
120 lbs pressure to vaccum through a small orfice(Think air conditioning!!!!).
What happens is, it goes through a PHASE change? Anytime you
CRACK gasoline or diesel you must add hydrogen to refill the broken
carbons. A 16 carbon chain broken into 2, 8 carbon chains are
missing 2 hydrogens to fill the chain bonds making 2 octanes.
Thats where the hho or hhhn comes into play. If the bonding
doesn`t take place you get an incomplete burn causing worse
Here is a sample of one of Dan"s reformers.
With this said you can see how to make more fuel by cracking the larger chains, there is only 3 out of every 4 gallons of gasoline burnable in the average blended fuel. All the rest is additives that will not explode. Thats where the catalaytic converter comes into play. The reformer, when cracking at the proper temp and pressure, will make up to 4 times the
burnable fue, even with the crap they are now putting into the fuel. I'm trying to come up with a way to make the crud burnable in the engine so we can get the full gallon of liquid we pay for. An electromagnetic field is crucial in the after cracking process, as this will help bond the hydrogen back onto the broken carbon chains. Anyone claiming to reform fuel without, is only vaporizing the fuel not cracking and reforming!! All of the vaporizers that have been made over the years, have not been efficient because of the additives the oil co. put in the good fuel. In the old days the oil companies.got smart and purchased up as many patents to slow down the inventors, as the could. They started to test, and figure out what the by products could do to the burn chain to keep anyone from vaporizing the fuel without extremely high temps. So when you heat up the large chains hot enough to vaporize, the small chains explode. This kept many from going any further or at least slowed us down. The govt getting involved actually made it easier for oil companies, as this gave them an easier way out with the cat. Car manufacturers had to abide by epa standards then the
govt said "we want more mpg", oil companies convinced them to go smaller and lighter instead of less fuel. Then comes the ecu car computer that led to fuel injectors, now with the direct inject, which has been known of and around for decades. The ecu can control air to fuel ratio to an exact amount. The next step you will start to see is the fuel will start to be vaporized again as in pogues day. Big oil is already starting to gear up to another fuel change. This is the only way the cars will be able to be in compliance with the higher mileage the govt has mandated. You will first see partial gaseous and partial liquid on the early models. They will use a 2 part fuel injector which will look a lot like the original injectors. Then you will see the fuel reformers that will inject in total vapor form. The gasoline engines will run off diesel cracked to make a lot more gaseous fuel. They will feed us a little at a time as in the past.
Thanks, Dan Merrick
